Cleveland Cavaliers Make Jarrett Allen Announcement Before Jazz Game

On Monday night, the Cleveland Cavaliers will be in Salt Lake City to play the Utah Jazz.

The Cavs are coming off a 149-128 victory over the Miami Heat.

Jarrett Allen made his return to action, finishing with 18 points, ten rebounds and one block while shooting 8/10 from the field in 18 minutes of playing time.

For Monday’s game, Allen has been ruled out.

Danny Cunningham of Locked On Cavs wrote: “In addition to Dean Wade and Jaylon Tyson being out tomorrow against the Jazz, the #Cavs are listing Max Strus (left foot injury management) and Jarrett Allen (right knee injury management) as out on the first night of a back to back.

Craig Porter Jr. is probable.”

Allen is in the middle of his fifth season playing for the Cavs.

The 2022 NBA All-Star is averaging 15.3 points, 8.5 rebounds, 1.9 assists and 1.0 steals per contest while shooting 64.0% from the field in 52 games.
