Cleveland Browns 7-Round Mock Draft, Vol. 2

Kamara also has some special teams experience.

149\. Eli Heidenreich, RB Navy

------------------------------

**6' 198lbs**

Technically played fullback for the Naval Academy, Heidenreich can operate out of the backfield or as a slot receiver. [He was one of the most prolific receivers in the country the past two seasons.](https://247sports.com/nfl/cleveland-browns/longformarticle/cleveland-browns-nfl-draft-slot-receivers-275257565/)

He has short arms, which limit his catch radius, but his athletic ability helps to mitigate that as an issue. At his team's Pro Day, Heidenreich posted a 6.55 three cone and 4.22 shuttle.

206\. Jack Kelly, LB BYU

------------------------

**6'2" 240lbs**

Kelly has excellent production and an outstanding athletic profile. Outside of having suboptimal arm length, Kelly seems to have everything that a team could want.

The issue for Kelly is it doesn't always look like it on the field. He's a mean, downhill player that can cause problems behind the line of scrimmage on the attack and as a blitzer, but the instincts aren't great. He doesn't see the game as well as anyone would like.

Nevertheless, if a team can get him to play smarter or at least excel in their scheme, there's upside and the potential to get a nice player. He should contribute on special teams, where he's got a strong resume.

248\. Riley Nowakowski, TE Indiana

----------------------------------

**6'2 1/4" 250lbs**

Nowakowski is a player who excels doing the dirty work. He can line up at fullback or a wing and help a team's run game. On top of that, Nowakowski consistently showed up as an option in the Hoosiers' passing game. In seven different games, Nowakowski had an explosive play in the passing game this past season.

For his size, he has decent speed and when he get the ball on a check down, he takes advantage of space. He fights for extra yardage and will occasionally break a tackle.

Teams don't often draft fullbacks, so it's imperative they be able to contribute in multiple ways. Nowakowski's a willing blocker, a viable option as a receiver and can contribute on special teams.

Nowakowski is another overaged player, having played six collegiate seasons. He's either going to carve out a role immediately or might be someone who ends up on a practice squad.
