ESPN’s Matt Miller includes 10 SEC standouts in latest Round 1 NFL Mock Draft projections

The 2026 NFL Draft is less than a month away. The annual event will be held in Pittsburgh, and while there won’t be as much SEC talent taken in the top 10 as there normally is, there are still plenty of former SEC stars who will hear their names called in Round 1.

On Monday, ESPN’s Matt Miller released his massive 7-round mock draft. In Round 1, he has 10 SEC guys coming off the board.

Here’s a look at the 10 SEC standouts he has going in Round 1, starting with LSU’s Mansoor Delane at No. 7 overall:

No. 7 — Mansoor Delane, CB, LSU — Washington Commanders

No. 12 — Jermod McCoy, CB, Tennessee — Dallas Cowboys

No. 15 — CJ Allen, LB, Georgia — Tampa Bay Buccaneers

No. 17 — Monroe Freeling, OL, Georgia — Detroit Lions

No. 21 — Kadyn Proctor, OL, Alabama — Pittsburgh Steelers

No. 22 — Cashius Howell, Edge, Texas A&M — Los Angeles Chargers

No. 24 — Brandon Cisse, CB, South Carolina — Cleveland Browns

No. 30 — Colton Hood, CB, Tennessee — Miami Dolphins

No. 31 — Caleb Banks, DL, Florida — New England Patriots

No. 32 — Keldric Faulk, Edge, Auburn — Seattle Seahawks

Round 2 is where things really get interesting for the SEC, as Miller has 16 players from the SEC going from picks 33-64. Check out his full 7-round mock draft here.
