The Los Angeles Rams' quarterback situation is a little bit in flux behind MVP Matthew Stafford.
With the Rams set with Stafford as the starter, but behind him, there are a lot of question marks.
Jimmy Garoppolo's future isn't certain with the franchise, and Stetson Bennett has been fine, but we hardly think he is ready to step up and play a few games if Stafford goes down.
So, what are the Rams doing at the quarterback position?
Head coach Sean McVay made an eyebrow-raising statement on it.
"Hey, I'd love to have Jimmy Garoppolo back with us," McVay said via the team's website. "That's a big deal for us. He's earned the right to be able to take his time and do whatever he wants. Is there an opportunity to explore, if it's not Jimmy, (like) Kirk Cousins? Of course. I'd love to be able to be able to see what that looks like. So those are two guys we've talked about."

Cousins in L.A?
Having already worked with Cousins in Washington, McVay knows exactly what he is getting from the veteran.
And it would be a cheap deal if the Rams brought in Kirk, and then you could make the case that the Rams have the best QB room in football.
Stafford, with Cousins backing him up. Kirk looked like he found some juice with the Atlanta Falcons last year, and the thought of what he could do in a handful of games with the Rams' weapons if Stafford is injured is a fascinating thought.
And it appears McVay thinks so, too.
