Oregon lands 2 first-round picks in ESPN’s latest 7-round NFL mock draft

ESPN's latest seven-round NFL mock draft offered another reminder of just how much Oregon talent could hear its name called later this month.

In Matt Miller's full seven-round projection for ESPN, the Ducks landed seven total draft picks, with two players coming off the board in the first round and three Oregon standouts projected inside the top 100 overall selections. The 2026 NFL Draft begins April 23 in Pittsburgh, and if Miller's latest forecast proves close to accurate, Oregon will once again be one of the more heavily represented programs in the country.

The top name on the list was Oregon tight end Kenyon Sadiq, whom Miller projected to the Baltimore Ravens with the No. 14 overall pick. It's an easy fit to understand. Sadiq is viewed as one of the most explosive offensive weapons in this draft class, and Miller pointed to his elite speed, red-zone value, and blocking upside as reasons why Baltimore could make him a major part of its offense alongside Lamar Jackson.

Only four picks later, Miller had former Oregon safety Dillon Thieneman going No. 18 overall to the Minnesota Vikings. That projection gives the Ducks a second first-rounder and continues the trend of Thieneman being viewed as one of the top safeties in this class. Miller called it one of the cleanest fits in the draft, with Thieneman seen as a potential replacement for longtime Vikings standout Harrison Smith.

Oregon's next projected pick came in the second round, where guard Emmanuel Pregnon landed with the Houston Texans at No. 59 overall. Pregnon's strength, physicality, and ability in the run game have made him one of Oregon's most NFL-ready linemen, and Miller's projection suggests teams see him as an early contributor with long-term starter upside.

From there, Oregon's depth showed up on Day 3.

Cornerback Jadon Canady was mocked to the New York Jets at No. 103 overall, linebacker Bryce Boettcher went to the Tennessee Titans at No. 142, offensive tackle Alex Harkey landed with the Jacksonville Jaguars at No. 166, and offensive tackle Isaiah World closed out Oregon's projected group at No. 237 to the Pittsburgh Steelers.
