CLEVELAND, Ohio (WOIO) - Shedeur Sanders should be the Browns starting QB this season, NFL analyst JP Acosta told 19 News Tuesday.
Acosta recommended the team look into trade options like Will Levis or Anthony Richardson, but said Cleveland should not draft a QB high since next year’s class is much stronger at the position.
Sanders, a 5th-round pick, [went 3-4 in 7 starts](https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/SandSh00.htm) as a rookie, throwing 7 TD passes and 10 interceptions.
He was also sacked 23 times.
