The 21-year-old is a player who Jack Grealish knows well and rates incredibly highly.
Speculation hangs over Grealish’s own future on Merseyside, with his Everton loan set to expire in the coming months.

Everton keen to sign Manchester City’s Rico Lewis
According to TeamTalk, Everton are now looking at potentially launching a bid to sign Lewis from Man City.
With the youngster weighing up his future at the Etihad Stadium, there are six clubs showing an interest:

Newcastle
Fulham
Crystal Palace
Brentford
Brighton
The 21-year-old is keen to get some first-team minutes under his belt again having only made 10 appearances in the Premier League this season.

The pair have played together at Man City and Lewis has been able to impress Grealish despite his youth.
Grealish has taken to social media in the past to praise the youngster, with the Everton loanee previously saying: “Hahaha my little bro… Congrats big Travvvv… Buzzing for u”.
Lewis is also a player who Pep Guardiola has had a lot of praise for over recent years.

“What a player – what a player. 18 years old. I have been a manager for 14, 15 years training unbelievable players,” Guardiola previously said.
“To find a player like him playing in the pockets, how he has to move in holding midfield, full-back coming inside moving in the spaces – he is one of the best I ever trained by far.”
However, Lewis finds himself in a similar position to what Grealish did in struggling for consistent minutes under the Spaniard.
