Marc Cucurella is the latest player linked with a departure from Chelsea this summer with former club Barcelona interested in signing him.
Enzo Fernandez cast doubt on his Chelsea future after the club’s Champions League exit at the hands of PSG, whilst Cole Palmer is increasingly frustrated with Chelsea’s business model.
And now Cucurella has added to the concerns of the West London club by admitting it would be hard to turned down a move to Barcelona in the summer.
The left-back began his career at their famous La Masia academy, and spent eight years with the Catalans, although he never made a senior appearance for them.
However, he did make 48 appearances for their B side before undertaking a series of loan moves, eventually joining Getafe on a permanent basis.
That eventually led him to the Premier League and Brighton, before Chelsea made their move for him in 2022.
