Cleveland Browns head coach Todd Monken was not pictured in the NFL's annual coaching image at the league meeting in Arizona due to an embarrassing mix-up.

Monken finally landed a head coaching role this offseason after spending 10 years as an offensive coordinator, impressing with Lamar Jackson and the Baltimore Ravens in recent years, while also winning two National Championships with Georgia. The 60-year-old was named Browns head coach after a lengthy search, beginning his first offseason while continuing to assess his options at quarterback, with Shedeur Sanders competing for the role.

While meeting with the rest of the league at the annual meeting in Arizona, Monken reportedly booked a haircut for the photo of all 32 head coaches.

However, Monken had booked his haircut for the same time as the photo, meaning that he missed out on the group image.

He reportedly joked that he has: "Plenty of incentive for not going one-and-done, so he can make his first appearance in the photo next year."

It was a moment that embarrassed Browns fans — a team that has been the butt of jokes for the past three decades because of its struggles.

Monken will look to turn things around with the team, which has the worst record over the past 20 years and just three playoff appearances in 25 years.

Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay was also not in the group image, despite being in Arizona for the meeting.

All other 30 head coaches were in the image, with Seattle Seahawks' Mike Macdonald being given the honor of being in the middle after winning the Super Bowl championship.

Cleveland may be looking to the NFL Draft to add another quarterback, which could make life interesting for Sanders.

The Browns have two first-round picks in this year's class, after trading away the rights to select Travis Hunter last year.

The Browns may look to bolster their offensive line after losing all five starters from the previous season.
