Premiering August 11 at 9 p.m. ET/PT, the five-episode season will spotlight the Seattle Seahawks as they prepare for the upcoming season. The show will stream on HBO Max, with new episodes airing weekly through September 8. This marks the first time the series has followed a defending Super Bowl champion since it debuted in 2001 with the Baltimore Ravens.

Filmed at training camp in Renton, Washington, the season will feature head coach Mike Macdonald, quarterback Sam Darnold, and standout players including Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Devon Witherspoon, and Byron Murphy II.

Narrated by Liev Schreiber, the series continues its tradition of all-access storytelling. Since its debut, Hard Knocks has become one of the most decorated sports programs, with NFL content dominating television ratings in recent years.

Looking ahead, the New England Patriots are set to be featured in the 2027 training camp edition.
