Roger Goodell didn’t do what fans expected him to when asked about former New York Giants owner Steve Tisch and his relationship with convicted child predator Jeffery Epstein. It was the second time the NFL Commissioner addressed the situation to the media. Tisch was essentially forced to remove himself from the Giants after emails surfaced between him and Epstein talking about adult woman (at least that’s what Tisch says they were about).
Here is what Roger Goodell had to say.

Roger Goodell Slammed For Comments About Steve Tisch And Jeffery Epstein
The last time Goodell spoke to reporters he was commenting on the then newly released emails between Tisch and Epstein. At the time he stated he wanted the league to “get the facts first” before jumping to any conclusions.
At the NFL owner’s meeting this week Goodell was once again asked about the situation or if there was an update. Here was his response:
“There hasn’t been,” Goodell responded. “As we said, we’re going to follow the facts. We have been doing that. We’ve been very focused on making sure we know everything that’s out there. We’ve engaged with others to make sure we have that information.
As you know, the Tisch family also made some family changes. Steve, and John, and Laurie actually did some transactions as part of their estate planning and are no longer owners. But we have not found anything that’s a violation at this stage.”
Fans could not believe this was Goodell’s response:
Yeah, no violation. Tisch was simply texting a convicted sex trafficker in 2013 asking if the women Epstein sent him were ‘pro or civilian’ or a ‘working girl’ ‘New present for you’ vibes.
Totally on par for the NFL. Great look.

And this scumbag was just talking about values. Several Tisch’s including Steve hold executive positions in the organization.

Roger punished Brady for deflated balls more than Tisch for asking Epstein for hookers

Must be some really low standards in the NFL

If fans have anything to say about it, this won’t be the last time this topic is brought up.
