Baby bump reveal
The milestone comes just months after the couple first revealed they were expecting. In December 2025, Steinfeld shared the pregnancy news in her newsletter as part of a roundup of her favourite moments of the year, reports The Associated Press. The announcement included a sweet video of the couple standing beside a tiny snowman.
In the clip, Steinfeld wore a sweater labelled “mother,” while Allen knelt to kiss her baby bump, per The Associated Press. The reveal landed just a day after her birthday on Dec. 11, reports AP.

Giving fans glimpses into her journey to motherhood
According to E! News, Steinfeld even shared in her newsletter how she passed down her nickname to her daughter.
In January, she posted a photo of a knit sweater stitched with “Baby Beau,” a nod to her childhood nickname. She explained that her parents once debated naming her Hailee or Bailee, eventually calling her “Hailee Beau Bailee.”
Relationship history
Steinfeld and Allen were first linked in spring 2023 after being spotted dining together in New York City, per AP.
As their relationship grew, Steinfeld became a regular at Buffalo Bills home games and the couple appeared inseparable – especially at the NFL Awards in February 2025 when Allen publicly thanked her while accepting the league’s MVP honour.

They later tied the knot on May 31, 2025, in Santa Barbara, Calif.
How much this new chapter means to them
In a November 2025 interview with Bustle, Steinfeld spoke about the stability Allen brings to her life, saying that kind of inner peace and consistency is “indescribable,” per E! News. She added that finding her partner has made everything in life feel like it makes sense.
Allen has also been vocal about his excitement. Speaking at a January press conference, per People magazine, he said becoming a father is something he’ll take great pride in. While he loves football and his role as quarterback for the Buffalo Bills, he admitted this next chapter matters even more.
“This is the most important thing I’ll ever be in my life, being a dad,” he said.
