Packers Offseason Workout Program Dates Announced

The NFL offseason is officially underway, and now we know when the Green Bay Packers will get back to work.

The league announced offseason workout dates for all 32 teams on Friday, with the Packers set to begin Phase One of their program on April 20. As always, the nine-week program is voluntary, but it marks the first real step toward the 2026 season as players return to the facility for conditioning, meetings, and rehab work.

Phase One will span the first two weeks and focus strictly on strength and conditioning, with no on-field work permitted. Things ramp up in Phase Two, where individual drills and walkthrough-style instruction are introduced, but still no live contact. The most action comes in Phase Three, which includes Organized Team Activities (OTAs), allowing for 7-on-7, 9-on-7, and 11-on-11 drills across 10 total practice days.

For Green Bay, OTA dates are scheduled for May 26-27, May 29, June 1-2, June 4, June 15-16, and June 18th.

The team will also hold a mandatory veteran minicamp during Phase Three from June 9th-11th.

It’s all part of the steady buildup toward training camp and the Packers’ next push for a championship.
