Liam Rosenior has come under criticism from all corners for Chelsea’s recent form, and Liam Delap’s father admitted during their last game he had no idea what the plan was on the pitch.
Chelsea went into the international break on a run of four consecutive defeats, and are in danger of dropping away from the Champions League places in the league.
Their most recent outing was arguably the worst of the season. They lost 3-0 against Everton, with Robert Sanchez underperforming as the goalkeeper woes continue.

Former Blue Frank Sinclair was at the game alongside Rory Delap, where he asked the former midfielder whether he had any understanding of what the Blues are trying to do on the pitch.
Delap senior admitted he didn’t have a clue, which has left Sinclair concerned in regards to the future of the club.

He told TalkSPORT: “What I’ve not seen in recent games is a team that are playing for each other. I just see a team that are trying to keep the ball.
“[Against Everton] I was stood next to Rory Delap. I asked him, ‘Do you understand what Chelsea are trying to do with the ball?’ His son Liam is part of that team and he didn’t have a clue. He must speak to his son about it and even he didn’t understand.”
“If he doesn’t understand, me as a punter has got no chance.”
FINAL: Who do YOU think should be Chelsea manager next season?
Chelsea fans want Rosenior replaced
While Chelsea are expected to give their backing to Rosenior, supporters are not convinced he is the man to take the club forwards.
We ran a tournament where fans voted who they wanted to be in charge at the start of next season, with Rosenior being voted out in the quarter-finals.
Cesc Fabregas eventually won the vote, but you can still sign up to TalkingPoints and give us your opinion on the current managerial situation in West London.
There is still time for the Englishman to rescue things, and he will perhaps be thankful that their next game is in the FA Cup against struggling Port Vale.
