Arsenal are reportedly set to ignite a transfer war for Leeds United-linked winger Jens Petter Hauge.
The 26-year-old has been a revelation in this season’s edition of the Champions League, registering six goals and six assists for underdogs Bodø/Glimt.
A left-sided winger, he returned to his native Norway last year when he sealed a permanent move away from German outfit Eintracht Frankfurt.
However, there is already talk of the wideman departing the country of his birth once again.

Jens Petter Hauge latest
According to SportsBoom, Arsenal boss Mikel Arteta wants Petter Hauge in his ranks for the 2026/27 campaign.
It has been suggested the Gunners will spark a battle for the winger’s services, with a clutch of Premier League outfits thought to be keen.
Manchester City and Manchester United are both said to be interested in Petter Hauge, who has also been linked with Leeds, Everton and Crystal Palace. His former club AC Milan, meanwhile, have been named as admirers.
Bodø/Glimt are reportedly willing to cash in if the price is right, although a hefty fee in the region of £30-40m has been mooted.
The summer ahead at Leeds United
It remains to be seen whether Leeds will be willing to part with such a figure when the summer window opens. If they do not retain their Premier League status, they will certainly not be able to stump up such an eye-wateringly high fee.
Survival, however, could turn on the taps for ambitious investment as Leeds look to establish themselves in England’s fiercely competitive top tier.

Speculation regarding potential targets for the next window has been doing the rounds and a raft of attacking players have been linked.
For the time being, Leeds must have laser focus on surviving in the Premier League.
