A new WAG is on the scene as a Chelsea star has confirmed his relationship with his new influencer girlfriend just months after splitting from the mother of his child

Forget Victoria Beckham - there's a new WAG on the scene. Just months after splitting from the mother of his child, Chelsea forward Alejandro Garnacho has appeared to go official with his new girlfriend.
The footballer posted pics of Spanish influencer Adriana Lobaz at the cinema as the two of them tucked into some popcorn. 21 year old Alejandro included the pictures in his latest upload to Instagram, along with other snaps of him arriving to matches, going to restaurants and spending time with his two-year-old son Enzo.
Alejandro and Adriana were also recently spotted on holiday together. This comes after he and Enzo's mother Eva Garcia broke up last summer. Alejandro is also rumoured to now be living with Adriana, though other have said his is putting off meeting her family in order to keep the relationship casual.

Alejandro and Eva were together for four years before they broke up in July. Reports they'd split started to circulate when they unfollowed each other on Instagram only 18 months after Enzo was born.
Throughout their relationship, they'd been said to have broken up before getting back together shortly after, but this time, the split seems to be final. Prior to posting pics with Adriana, Alejandro was seen with two other mystery women in August, only weeks before he transferred to Chelsea. He was also seen with another Spanish influencer, Lauri.
If Adriana Lobaz does become an official WAG, she is one of several women to have known fame prior to their relationships with a footballer. Victoria Beckham had already released music with the Spice Girls before meeting and marrying David Beckham.

Together, Posh and Becks have become one of the most famous couples in the UK, though this has caused friction within their family, as their son, Brooklyn Beckham, cut ties with his parents over their fame. In a scathing post to Instagram, the eldest Beckham child accused his parents of valuing public perception above love.
Singer Cheryl was also famous prior to her stint as a WAG. She was in Girls Aloud before she was in a relationship with her first husband Ashley Cole.
Likewise, model Abbey Clancy was on Britain's Next Top Model before marrying Peter Crouch. And influencer GK Barry is still more famous than her footballer girlfriend Ella Rutherford. TikTok star GK is the youngest panellist on Loose Women, while her girlfriend plays for Portsmouth.
From outside the UK, Shakira was a WAG for years, as she was in a relationship with Spanish footballer Gerard Pique for 12 years. The Hips Don't Lie singer has been referred to as the Queen of Latin Music and has four Grammy Awards.
Some WAGs have also been childhood sweethearts of their footballer. Coleen Rooney met her future husband Wayne when they were 12 and first started dating him aged 16.
