What Enzo Fernandez was spotted doing speaks volumes in Chelsea 7-0 win

Enzo Fernandez was pictured at Stamford Bridge for the first time since the comments he made during the international break as Chelsea beat Port Vale 7-0.

Chelsea’s emphatic 7–0 victory over Port Vale secured their place in the FA Cup semi-finals and provided a much-needed response to a recent dip in form.

Playing at Stamford Bridge, Liam Rosenior’s side wasted no time, with Jorrel Hato firing home the opener after just 63 seconds following a corner. Joao Pedro doubled the lead with a composed finish from a Pedro Neto cross, before a Jordan Gabriel own goal, initially attributed to Cole Palmer, made it 3–0.

The second half saw Chelsea maintain their dominance as Tosin Adarabioyo and Andrey Santos both netted powerful headers. Brazilian starlet Estevao added a sixth in the 82nd minute after a VAR review overturned an initial offside call.

And the rout was completed in stoppage time when Alejandro Garnacho won and converted a penalty, sealing Chelsea’s largest-ever margin of victory in an FA Cup quarter-final.

Enzo Fernandez stole the spotlight before kick-off

Just moments before a ball was kicked, Enzo Fernandez could be seen taking his place on the substitutes’ bench, smiling and taking photos with fans in a video shared by Kieran Gill.

He even joked with Marc Cucurella after coming on the big screen at Stamford Bridge.

This comes after Fernandez flirted with a move to Real Madrid during the international break, claiming Madrid was a place he would love to live.

Fernandez has since been suspended for two games, including the win over Port Vale.

Enzo Fernandez seems happy at Chelsea right now

Enzo Fernandez’s decision to engage warmly with fans, engaging for photos and signatures, offers a reassuring glimpse into his mindset following the noise surrounding a potential move to Real Madrid.

Despite the disciplinary headlines, his high spirits in person suggest a player who remains deeply connected to the Chelsea community. By meeting supporters with a genuine smile rather than avoiding the spotlight, he demonstrates that he isn’t agitating for an exit through coldness or detachment.

Instead, it reflects a character who, while perhaps tempted by the allure of Madrid, is still finding joy and fulfillment in his life at Stamford Bridge.
