Just one day afterannouncing the arrival of their baby girl, Josh Allen and Hailee Steinfeld stepped out to celebrate a close friend’s milestone. The Bills quarterback and his wife, both 29,attended the wedding of Seattle Seahawks quarterback Sam Darnold and Katie Hoofnagle on April 3, according to People magazine.
Allen and Darnold’s friendship stretches back to the 2018 NFL Draft, when thetwo were roommates during pre-draft workouts in San Clemente, California. That bond has stayed strong through the years. Despite becoming a first-time father just 24 hours earlier, Allen showed up to support his longtime friend on his wedding day.
Other notable guests at the wedding included San Francisco 49ers running back Christian McCaffrey and his wife Olivia Culpo, Seahawks wide receiver Cooper Kupp and his wife Anna Marie Kupp, and 49ers wide receiver Christian Kirk.

A source told People that Allen and Steinfeld were clearly having a great time on the dance floor. The source added that the 6-foot-5 quarterback helped Darnold and his new wife with crowd surfing for a good portion of the evening. Guests also politely offered their congratulations to the new parents throughout the night.
The Allen couple’s quick night out did not stop fans from sharing strong opinions online, and not everyone saw it the same way.
