Leeds United have booked an historic return to Wembley in the FA Cup, with Chelsea now confirmed as their semi-final opponents at the end of April.

The Whites will descend on the capital over the weekend, starting April 25, with Manchester City taking on Southampton in the other final-four tie.

Daniel Farke was delighted as his Leeds side edged past West Ham on penalties at the London Stadium on Sunday, despite throwing away a two-goal lead in added time.

Anton Stach and Joe Rodon left with possible serious injuries, but many are still revelling in the success of reaching a semi-final for the first time in 39 years.

Ahead of the Wembley showdown between Leeds and Chelsea, details are starting to emerge.

The Mirror has reported that Leeds are expected to receive 32,000 tickets for the semi-final.

It is said that many more are still expected to travel to the capital, regardless of whether they have access to the national stadium or not.

Police are set to deploy extra officers for the rivals clashing, despite no trouble being reported in the Premier League fixtures at Elland Road and Stamford Bridge.

Where do other tickets go at Wembley?

If both clubs receive the same tickets, that only reaches 64,000 – so where do the rest go?

In past years, Club Wembley members received some, with the remainder going to volunteers within the football family for the corporate sections.

Leeds broke a 13-year record of not beating Premier League opposition in the FA Cup against West Ham, so they need to go one step further in the semi-final.

Many have questioned whether FA Cup success would be accepted over Premier League relegation, but for now, it’s time to enjoy both, especially the battle ahead.

Either way, there will be around 50,000 Leeds fans descending on London again very soon.
