Arsenal would have to break their transfer budget if they wished to sign PSG forward Khvicha Kvaratskhelia, according to Keith Wyness.
The former Everton chief executive, speaking exclusively to Football Insider, believes Kvaratskhelia will remain at PSG.
Kvaratskhelia has been linked with a move to Emirates Stadium, with the future of winger Gabriel Martinelli uncertain at the club.
Mikel Arteta could look to upgrade his options down the left flank in the summer transfer window, with Kvaratskhelia having been a standout player at PSG.
Arsenal could be active in the transfer market, with Gabriel Jesus and Martin Odegaard also among the attacking players that could leave the club at the end of the season.

Khvicha Kvaratskhelia ānot in the budgetā for Arsenal
Evertonās former chief Keith Wyness ā who served as CEO at Goodison Park between 2004 and 2009 and now runs a football consultancy advising elite clubs ā believes Kvaratskheliaās agent could be āfloating ideasā around ahead of the summer window.
Speaking on the new edition of Football Insiderās Inside Track podcast, Wyness thinks the 25-year-old has still yet to fulfil his potential.

Khvicha Kvaratskheliaās stats for PSG this season in Ligue 1.
He told Football Insiderās Inside Track podcast: āI donāt think thatās going to happen. Heās going to stay at PSG.
āI donāt think heās going anywhere. It might be his agent after having had a great season, and theyāre just floating ideas. The Premier League has an appeal, but having come off a Champions League winning season with PSG, he hasnāt really kicked on to the same level of quality of player that they had last season.
āI donāt see him being in the budget for Arsenal either. I donāt think heās the right sort of player and thatās not really the area where Arteta is going to think heās short right now.
āIāll put this one down to rumour and speculation, but it would be nice because it would mean a big increase in revenue for the number of letters being sold on the back of the shirt, thatās for sure.ā
Pressure ramping up on Mikel Arteta
Former Manchester United chief scout Mick Brown told Football Insider that Arteta faces increasing sack calls at Arsenal if the Gunners fail to win a trophy this season.
It comes after Arsenal were stunned 2-1 by Championship club Southampton in the FA Cup to end their hopes of a treble-winning campaign.
Arteta has only won one major trophy in his six years at Arsenal, and any hopes of adding to that list this season rests on winning either the Premier League or the Champions League.
Frustrations amongst the fanbase could increase if Arteta does not deliver a trophy, though the Spaniard would be expected to remain in charge next season.
