Bucs Add Receiver David Sills
April 7th, 2026
This reminds Joe of the David Moore signing in 2023
Today the Bucs signed free agent receiver David Sills, who played for Atlanta last year, where new Bucs offensive coordinator Zac Robinson called the plays. In 2023, then-new Bucs playcaller Dave Canales saw receiver David Moore added to the Bucs roster, a guy who had been with him for years in Seattle.
Moore scored a touchdown for the Bucs and had 5 total catches. Sills had a career-high 18 catches last season for the Falcons, including 2 touchdwons and 191 yards receiving.
Sills already has a place in Bucs history for catching the infamous 4th-and-14 ball from Kirk Cousins in December, the one that glued Team Glazer to its suite TV.
Undrafted in 2019, Sills has bounced around the NFL with stops at Buffalo, New York (Giants) and Atlanta.
