Reports indicated that Nabers’ return “is going to be in to training camp and closer to the season.” That’s a significant update for a team looking to build on Jaxson Dart’s strong rookie season.

Nabers recorded nine receptions for 167 yards and two touchdowns in that game. During his rookie season, he totaled 109 receptions for over 1,200 yards and seven touchdowns.

Nabers’ promising start has encountered an unfortunate hurdle with this injury. However, if he returns to form, he will reestablish himself as one of the NFL’s top receivers.

The Giants selected Nabers sixth overall in the 2024 NFL Draft. He stood out at LSU, and his recovery could provide a major boost to a young core of offensive weapons.

A trio of Dart, Nabers, and a returning Cam Skattebo could become one of the strongest young groups in football. Skattebo is recovering from an ankle fracture that also ended his season.
