The Las Vegas Raiders have had a serious offseason for new head coach Klint Kubiak.
With a handful of talented players coming to the AFC West franchise, the Raiders, at least on paper, appear to be in good shape heading into 2026.
And we haven't even had the draft yet.
The Raiders signed veteran quarterback Kirk Cousins to help steady the ship with veteran leadership, and he comes to a team that does have some top offensive weapons.
And Kirk's comments on the roster might send a shiver down the spine of the AFC.
"I think it's a team that has a lot of young talent and that they're building something special, and I want to be a part of that," Cousins said via NFL.com.

Raiders poised for AFC climb in 2026?
With the players the Raiders have signed this offseason, it is easy to think that.
Tyler Linderbaum, Quay Walker, Nakobe Dean, Kwity Paye, and Jalen Nalor give the Raiders a good base to build from with Kubiak.
Then we add in No. 1 overall pick Fernando Mendoza, and that could put a nice cherry on top of what has been a busy offseason.
Keeping Maxx Crosby is huge for the defense, and with the other signings looking to help push the unit forward, who knows what is in store for the Raiders in 2026?
But one thing is for sure, it can't be as bad as last year, can it?
