I always find the best place to look with trades is what has actually happened in the past. I'm looking at a range from the twenty pick to the twenty ninth pick to see what teams have done. With these I am excluding any quarterback picks as the returns in this trades are going to be higher than what you would expect on average from a 2026 trade.
