Dianna Russini, a married mother of two, was spotted holding hands with Mike Vrabel in Arizona.
Dianna Russini made headlines on Tuesday, April 7, after photos of her dancing and holding hands with New England Patriots head coach, Mike Vrabel, surfaced online.
According to photos published by Page Six, Russini and Vrabel were seen together at Ambiente hotel in Sedona, Arizona, back in March. In addition to the photos of the two seemingly getting cozy, they were also photographed lounging by a pool in beach attire, and were seen laughing together as they caught some sun.
Both Vrabel and Russini—who are married to other people—have denied any wrongdoing.
“These photos show a completely innocent interaction and any suggestion otherwise is laughable,” Vrabel said, according to NBC Sports. “This doesn’t deserve any further response.”
“The photos don’t represent the group of six people who were hanging out during the day. Like most journalists in the NFL, reporters interact with sources away from stadiums and other venues,” Russini said.
Russini is a senior NFL insider for The Athletic, a job she’s held since August 2023.

Russini married Kevin Goldschmidt in September 2020. In the years that followed, the couple welcomed two young sons.

As my mother likes to yell at us ‘You two need to stay away from each other, don’t even look in the same direction! Enough with the babies!'”
Although her social media accounts are filled with work-related content, Russini has posted about her family from time to time, though it has been rare.
“The best person these little boys know. xoxo Happy Father’s Day Kev,” she captioned a photo of Goldschmidt and their boys in June 2024.
Just a couple of weeks before her reported interaction with Vrabel, Russini shared a photo dump that included pictures of her kids and her husband.
“Life lately before it gets whackier. Here comes Marchhhhh,” she captioned that post.
