Blockbuster NFL Draft trade proposal sends A.J. Brown to Super Bowl favorite

The Philadelphia Eagles originally acquired wide receiver A.J. Brown in a draft night blockbuster trade with the Tennessee Titans, and GM Howie Roseman may be about to pull off another deal during the upcoming NFL Draft.

Friction seems to have been building between Brown and the Eagles, with the prolific wide receiver the subject of nearly endless trade conversation and speculation throughoutt he offseason, and there’s a chance that Philadelphia could pull the trigger on a trade during the NFL Draft, although it’s far more likely that a deal gets done post-June 1, for salary cap purposes.

NFL Media’s Matt Okada put together a list of potential destinations for Brown and trade partners for the Eagles, including the Buffalo Bills pulling off a stunner.

“The Bills used 11 personnel at an above-average rate in 2025,” Okada points out for NFL Media. “Despite rolling out Shakir,Keon Coleman" data-link="/players/keon-coleman/" data-slug="keon-coleman">Keon Coleman andJosh Palmer" data-link="/players/josh-palmer/" data-slug="josh-palmer">Josh Palmer as their top three wideouts. From 2020 to 2023, which were the most productive years of Allen’s career with Stefon Diggs in tow, Buffalo used 11 personnel at the seventh-highest rate in the league. A passing attack led by Brown and Moore could ascend to the same stratosphere as the Bengals or Rams. Buffalo will need to surrender the 26th overall pick to make this happen, which would mean missing on a top-tier defensive piece or less costly rookie receiver. But if trading for Brown makes Joe Brady’s offense the most dangerous in the NFL, it might be worth it.”

While Buffalo already made a major investment at wide receiver, shipping the Chicago Bears a second-round pick in exchange for DJ Moore, there’s little arguing that adding Brown to an arsenal that already includes Moore, explosive running back James Cook, and reliable wide receiver Khalil Shakir would build one of the NFL’s most explosive receiving corps for Josh Allen, one of the league’s most gifted and prolific quarterbacks. An NFL Draft trade could further bolster the Bills’ Super Bowl chances.
