Senne Lammens has explained the noticeable difference in Manchester United since Michael Carrick made his sensational return to Old Trafford as interim head coach.
Michael Carrick has overseen 10 Premier League matches since Manchester United sacked Ruben Amorim from his head coach role at the Red Devils in January.
The 44-year-old United legend has managed to pick up seven Premier League wins from 10 matches and the Red Devils have lost only once under Carrick so far.
Carrick has already turned his attention to his final seven Premier League matches in his interim reign amid United’s push for a top-four finish in the 2025-26 season.

The Red Devils were sixth in the Premier League table at the time that Ruben Amorim was axed from his Man Utd post amid a mixed campaign up until that point.
Speaking to Sky Sports, Senne Lammens has admitted that the appointment of Carrick after Amorim’s sacking was a major catalyst for Man Utd in recent months.
“It’s been really good,” he said.
“I think the feeling we have as a group, as a team, has been really nice.
“Winning those games and getting into the top four and like we still want to even go better and even look on top.”

The Red Devils hold a narrow one-point lead over fourth-place Aston Villa after Man Utd secured a 2-2 draw against Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium in March.
United face tough encounters in their final seven Premier League matches of the 2025-26 campaign, including against top-four-chasing Chelsea and Liverpool.
“So, yeah, the next couple of games, it’s been nearing the end of the season,” Lammens added.
“So, try to win every game we can, take it game by game and then we’ll see where we end up.”
Man Utd and Leeds United’s Premier League clash at Old Trafford on 13th April is slated for an 8pm kick-off time in the UK.
