Concepcion could be an option for the Browns in the final third of the first round. Cleveland currently holds the No. 24 overall pick.
The Browns also have the No. 6 pick in the 2026 NFL Draft.
ESPN’s Mel Kiper Jr. rated the Texas A&M product the No. 6 wide receiver in the 2026 draft class. NFL Network’s Daniel Jeremiah ranked Concepcion the No. 29 overall prospect.
“Concepcion is an undersized receiver with elite burst and inconsistent hands. His speed jumps off the screen,” wrote Jeremiah. You can see it right off the snap: He uses a quick jab step and then explodes down the field. He creates massive separation against quality competition.
“Overall, Concepcion is an intriguing player who needs to decrease his drop rate.”
NFL.com’s Lance Zierlein also raved about Concepcion’s speed. Zierlein also identified offenses with under average protection and a young quarterback as the ideal fit for the wideout.
“Concepcion offers immediate burst and separation into space. He’s elusive in beating press and getting into breaks with minimum damage from handsy coverage,” wrote Zierlein. “While he has a one-speed approach, he can snap off routes with alarming suddenness, making him extremely difficult to match at leveraged break points.
“Concepcion’s ability to quickly uncover should be very appealing to teams with spotty protection and a young quarterback.”
