Expert Rankings
Leaning into the prospect leaderboards from some popular draftniks — Daniel Jeremiah and Bucky Brooks of NFL Media, Mel Kiper, Jr., of ESPN, and The Athletic's Dane Brugler, proprietor of "The Beast" — we've gathered rankings for the "Top 10" running backs. Additionally, in an effort to widen the scope, we've included snapshots of all the runners explored by Pro Bowl RB turned analyst Maurice Jones-Drew.

The rundown: Price has great wiggle and wham! power. He also has enough speed to gain the corner on defenders — and blow past them as a kickoff returner. Price's career return average is second in CFB history (min. 20 runbacks) to former Texas A&M RB Leeland McElroy, who averaged 36.6 yards from 1993-95.
