Dianna Russini has taken over the spotlight during the 2026 NFL off-season for all the wrong reasons. After photos leaked of Russini and Mike Vrabel appearing to be intimate at an adults only hotel, more speculation has followed from previous incidents.
Even the wife of a former general manager was in on the accusations. Here are the concerning details.

Dianna Russini Accused Of Giving Sexual Favors For Insider NFL Knowledge
On Tuesday photos started going viral of Russini and Vrabel together at the Ambiente Hotel in Sedona. The images depict the two embracing each other, holding hands, and standing on the rooftop in a private bungalow. The hotel advertises itself as an “adults only” retreat known for romantic getaways.
The moment has brought up some past accusations that not many fans may have known about. Back in 2015 Russini reported that that Kirk Cousins would replace Robert Griffin III as the Washington Redskins’ quarterback. Jessica McCloughan was the wife of the Redskins general manager at the time (Scot McCloughan) and she accused Russini of a sexual relationship to get that knowledge:

The post was later deleted and she apologized for her comments. She also admitted that the accusation was unfounded and inappropriate. Regardless of being unfounded or not, the fans already have a strong opinion on the matter. Fast forward 11 years later and the accusations seem detrimental. Russini never once responded to the claim.
One thing is clear: this isn’t the first time that Russini has been accused of some less than favorable actions with some high profile men in the NFL. It will be interesting too see if there is any fallout from this matter.
Fans certainly don’t trust her anymore.
