Manchester United are set for another busy summer transfer window as they look to mount a Premier League title challenge next season.
United launched 'Project 150' with the aim to challenge for the league title when they celebrate their 150th anniversary in the 2027/28 season. It means they have just two full seasons left to achieve such a loft ambition and return to the top of English football.
There is still plenty of work to do if that is to be achieved, with United well aware of the work that needs to be done at the end of the season. United will prioritise a midfield refresh this summer and are also in the market for a versatile forward who can play on the left wing and reinforcement at full-back.
A decision will also be made on the club's permanent head coach, with Michael Carrick the favourite for the role after he has led United to the brink of Champions League qualification.
With all that in mind, here is how we think the summer transfer window will go for United.
United plan to appoint a permanent head coach this summer and Michael Carrick would be a popular choice amid a lack of many elite candidates.
