Analyst hints at Ravens' draft direction and fans will love it

The Baltimore Ravens will enter the NFL Draft armed with the 14th overall pick after a horror 2025 season.

With Jesse Minter at the helm, the Ravens' defense is expected to be far better in 2026, but what about the offense? Losing several players in free agency, highlighted by Tyler Linderbaum and Isaiah Likely, Baltimore has some serious needs.

But who could the franchise look to target at pick No. 14? We have seen several mocks that have the Ravens going in multiple directions, but for ESPN's Matt Miller, a receiver makes sense for Baltimore.

"The Ravens have been connected to two pass catchers in Sadiq and wide receiver Jordyn Tyson (Arizona State)," Miller wrote. "There might be a 50-50 shot of Sadiq being on the board at No. 14, but the idea of Tyson or Omar Cooper Jr. (Indiana) at wide receiver to boost the offense makes sense."

Is WR a big Ravens need?

You can make the case that it is, after all, behind Zay Flowers, who strikes fear into a defense. No one.

So, getting Flowers an elite running mate is certainly on the board, but the offensive line has to be a thought as well, with Linderbaum going to the Las Vegas Raiders.

Fortifying the interior is another good option for the Ravens, as Lamar Jackson will need protection.

Tyson or Cooper, as Miller suggests, would be welcome additions to the passing game for Lamar and the Ravens. Yes, the offensive line needs work, but Baltimore could get quite the weapon for Jackson to attack 2026 with.

For me, it's down to two positions. Offensive line and receiver. Miller is going with receiver, and I tend to agree.
