When discussing his ‘eligible buyers’, Chelsea get a mention as they are one of the clubs who can afford to pay the fee.
Liam Rosenior’s side are keeping a close watch on the player as the Blues line up for a potential deal.
He now earns 4.5m per year and a move to England could see him at least double his salary. In other words, ‘eligible buyer’ Chelsea or another top English club could offer him €9m plus per year.
