Robert Griffin III is known for his heroics as a quarterback in the NFL. He played for eight seasons in the league and played primarily for the Washington Redskins, later joinin the Cleveland Browns and the Baltimore Ravens.

Griffin has shifted towards building a new career in NFL broadcasting and media. He worked as an analyst for ESPN but was fired from the role, and now works as a college football analyst for FOX Sports. He also has his own podcast named “RG3 and The Ones”, where he often invites NFL personnel.

The quarterback has been married to Grete Griffin since 2018, and share three daughters. Grete is a former Estonian heptathlete and competed internationally in track and field. The two are often seen together at red carpet events, and have maintained a presence in the NFL.
Griffin recently posted a heartfelt tribute to his wife on X on April 10, 2026. The tweet read, “A great wife doesn’t just love you. She’s loyal, makes the house a home, helps you chase your dreams while building her own, doesn’t talk down on you or try to embarrass you and makes you better. A woman like that changes you. Thank God if you find one. I love you baby ❤️.”
However, many fans still remember his first marriage with Rebecca Liddicoat. He wed her in 2013 and has a daughter with her. They got divorced in 2016 as Griffin was allegedly cheating on her with his current wife. Fans thought that his recent tribute was very hypocritical.
