Since leaving the NFL in 2022, Antonio Brown has stayed in the news mostly for legal trouble and social media feuds. His latest target is former Buffalo Bills Pro Bowl safetyJordan Poyer.
On April 8, Brown posted screenshots to Facebook showing his private argument with Poyer in his Instagram DM. The exchange, which quickly went viral, shows Brown making vulgar claims about Poyer’s marriage.
When Poyer told him to grow up, Brown doubled down, claiming he had video proof of an affair with Poyer’s wife.

Poyer and his wifeRachel Bush have been together since 2015 and married since early 2018. They first connected on Twitter after Bush liked one of Poyer’s Instagram photos.
The lovebirds eventually got married in Jamaica following Poyer’s first season with the Buffalo Bills. The family briefly moved to Florida when Poyer signed with the Miami Dolphins for the 2024 season before returning to the Bills for what they called “one last ride” in 2025.

But Brown’s claim of an affair with Bush could trouble her personal life. The tension started when Poyer confronted Brown in a private message, which Brown then made public.
“Bro STILL trying my wife in 2026 is insanity… bro go touch some grass. You a child,” Poyer wrote.
Brown replied to him in two messages, penning, “bro i got videos f—– your wife… outside ur house in my car ask her.”
Poyer, however, didn’t take Brown’s claim seriously and noted, “Lmaooo yeah ok bro, u dream about those days lol. Insane your brain works like that.”
Brown did not escalate the conversation further after Poyer’s ‘dreaming’ comment. But heposted the entire exchangewith a crying-laughing emoji on the caption.
Brown and Poyer have a messy history. Back in 2018, rumors swirled that Brown and Rachel Bush had an affair right after her wedding. Bush later admitted in a deleted tweet that she “wasn’t an angel” and had made mistakes early in the marriage.
When a trade to the Bills collapsed in 2019, many believed it was because the team couldn’t put Brown and Poyer in the same locker room. Today, public opinion is split. Some think Brown is telling a version of the truth, while others see it as more harassment from an athlete who can’t stay out of trouble.

Poyer is currently an unrestricted free agent after finishing the 2025 season with the Bills. He played in 10 games for Buffalo, recording 70 tackles and one interception before a hamstring injury ended his season during the playoffs.
