After such a difficult season, he is now relaxing and hanging out with different women. He also participated in the Fanatics Flag Football Classic event. The internet’s attention has now shifted to his rumored girlfriend Olivia Ponton.
Ponton has been rumored to be the girlfriend of Burrow since late 2024. She has been seen with him at various events, including the recent Fanatics Flag Football Classic event where the quarterback played. They were also seen at a pool party in Los Angeles in March 2026. Neither has confirmed whether they are in a relationship.

Ponton recently shared highlights from her third visit to the Coral Gardeners Global Headquarters on the island of Mo’orea in French Polynesia. During the trip to Tahiti with two friends, Ponton participated in scuba diving activities while emphasizing ocean conservation efforts. This is the latest example of occasional connections between the partners of high-profile NFL players on social media. Ailiff is the girlfriend of San Francisco 49ers defensive end Nick Bosa.
Bosa and Burrow have a connection dating back to their college days. They were teammates and friends at Ohio State University, and have extended that relationship as professional players. They even share the same agent in Brian Ayrault, and have been seen hanging out at events like UFC fights. They have faced each other on the field when the Bengals and 49ers played.
