West Ham won’t be the only Premier League club trying to sign Axel Disasi this summer, according to reports.
Sportzine claim that Fulham and Aston Villa could enter the race for the Chelsea defender at the end of the season.

Villa’s interest is somewhat surprising, considering Disasi spent the second half of last campaign with the Midlands club and did not start on a regular basis.
However, it appears that the 28-year-old’s form for the Hammers has piqued their interest, as well as Fulham’s.
West Ham believe they have a key advantage
Disasi is reportedly interested in joining Nuno Espirito Santo’s side on a permanent basis. Trusted inside source ExWHUEmployee says the Frenchman “loves the club and is keen to stay.”
Of course, if the Irons don’t remain in the Premier League, his stance would change, with Fulham and Villa then becoming more likely destinations.

Increased interest will only aid Chelsea’s cause
If, as Sportzine claim, two new teams have entered the battle to snap up Diasi, it will allow his parent club to jack up their valuation.
West Ham are expected to have limited funds this summer, having made serious losses in the transfer market in recent years, so an exorbitant fee for the defender would price them out of a move.
Disasi’s interest in staying at the London Stadium could still end up being the trump card, although you wouldn’t expect any negotiation with Chelsea to be straightforward.
If the France international does end up joining permanently, it may only be finalised at the end of the summer transfer window.
