Paul Scholes and Gary Neville both disagree with Roy Keane and Ian Wright over Chelsea vs Man Utd prediction

Gary Neville and Paul Scholes felt very differently from Roy Keane and Ian Wright over the upcoming Premier League outcome between Manchester United and Chelsea.

The Red Devils will travel to Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening for a huge showdown with Chelsea amid Manchester United’s top-four Premier League push.

Man Utd are still third in the Premier League table, but the Red Devils dropped valuable points in their first match in the post-March international break.

Michael Carrick’s men returned to action after a 24-day waiting period and 10-man Man Utd lost 2-1 to rivals Leeds United at Old Trafford on Monday evening.

Speaking on The Overlap’s Stick to Football, Gary Neville, Roy Keane and Paul Scholes all focused on the defensive dilemma that United legend Carrick now faces.

“Is Maguire suspended? Is he back?” Keane asked.

Responding to Keane, Neville said: “No, the problem they’ve got is… I think it’s both centre-halves are out, Martinez and Maguire. That is a problem.”

Scholes then added: “It’s not been decided yet, is it? Has it been decided? He’s [Maguire] got to miss another game for kicking someone out, won’t he?”

Gary Neville and Paul Scholes expect a Premier League draw, while Roy Keane thinks Chelsea will beat Man Utd

Neville and Scholes teamed up to take on former Man Utd teammate Keane and Ian Wright in a head-to-head battle for Premier League match predictions this weekend.

Chelsea vs Man Utd came up during the podcast and Red Devils legends Neville and Scholes predicted a bold 3-3 outcome at Stamford Bridge on Saturday evening.

“I think I’m going to… What do you think, Scholsey, a draw? We think [a] draw,” Neville said.

Scholes then added: “I’m not sure how they’re going to win. I think they’ll draw, though. Big scoring, 3-3.”

Responding to Scholes, Neville simply said: “We’re going to go for a draw. We’re going to go 3-3.”

Ahead of Neville and Scholes’ prediction, Keane and Ian Wright had already settled on a 2-1 Premier League win for Chelsea over Man Utd at Stamford Bridge.
