Myles Lewis-Skelly impressed during his post-match sprints for Arsenal
It must be tough when you've not played a single minute of a match and you're summoned to do your post-game sprints.
Virtually every team does them and subs are asked to complete pitch-long runs to bolster their fitness levels as the rest of their team-mates go inside to begin their recovery.
That was no different for Myles Lewis-Skelly last night. He's done his fair share of post-match running all season because he's unfortunately spent a considerable period of time on the bench.
But instead of sulking, 'MLS' blitzed his sprints on Wednesday evening following the 0-0 draw with Sporting and looked keen to make a point to Arsenal's coaching staff.

Lewis-Skelly ran with the likes of Ben White, Marli Salmon and Christian Norgaard but was faster than all of them and looked as though he was on a mission to complete them in rapid time.
He left the trio for dust and completed his work quickly, which is likely to be fed back to boss Mikel Arteta.
The England international was unlucky not to keep his place in the starting line-up as he was one of Arsenal's better players on Saturday in their 2-1 defeat to Bournemouth.
Piero Hincapie is now back from a hamstring issue, however, Lewis-Skelly has unfortunately fallen back down the pecking order.
There's a high likelihood he could be sold in the summer as he won't be short of interest but one thing nobody can question is his exemplary attitude.

MLS locked down the left-back role over Riccardo Calafiori last season and was one of the team's starting full-backs against the likes of Real Madrid and PSG.
He dazzled against Los Blancos but has found himself out of the side this season and has been unable to take the few opportunities that have come his way.
Unfortunately for the teenager, it seems Arteta simply prefers Hincapie and Calafiori this term, even though Lewis-Skelly signed a new bumper contract last summer.
At the end of the season, he is poised to assess his options with Manchester United thought to be monitoring his progress closely.
