Chelsea fans are all expecting some sort of transfer activity when it comes to their midfielders this summer, although latest reports suggest that both Romeo Lavia and Andrey Santos could be made available.
There are plenty of fears amongst Blues supporters that this could be Enzo Fernandez’s last season at the club after making his desire to play for Real Madrid public knowledge.
After serving an in-house suspension, it will be interesting to see what reaction the Argentine gets from the Stamford Bridge faithful when he returns to the squad against Manchester United.

His absence has allowed Lavia and Santos to feature from the start recently, however it seems the club have not been won over by the duo as untouchable players.
Journalist Simon Phillips has stated that while the Fernandez situation rumbles on, the Blues are open to offers for both Lavia and Santos.

He said: “As well as Fernandez, our sources have heard that Chelsea will listen to offers for both Romeo Lavia and Andrey Santos this summer.
“There’s obvious concerns over the sustainability of Lavia, and Santos hasn’t quite stepped up to the plate as expected. Chelsea are not actively looking at pushing either player out, but they will certainly listen to offers for them, with both players now attracting serious Premier League interest for the summer.”
Despite joining the club nearly three years ago, Lavia is still yet to complete a 90 minute appearance for the Blues, spending more time on the treatment table than on the pitch.
The Belgian has looked rusty during his latest return, and with the pending return of Fernandez his minutes may be back to coming from the bench again.

Santos on the other hand has impressed mostly since joining the club permanently, and the decision to part ways with him would come as a surprise.
This is because the club went to great efforts to keep hold of the Brazilian before he had even played a game for the first team squad.
As well as this, Santos has proven to be a player who current manager Liam Rosenior is a big fan of after their time working together with Strasbourg.
After making it clear they are willing to back Rosenior, it would seem a strange decision to part ways with a young player who frequently makes his starting side.
