West Ham’s in-form centre-back Konstantinos Mavropanos is reportedly attracting interest from Bundesliga clubs, according to Sky Germany.
Given his recent performances under Nuno Espírito Santo — including that brace against Wolves — it’s hardly a shock to see his name doing the rounds.
Bundesliga link makes sense — on paper
There’s an obvious connection.
Mavropanos was signed from Stuttgart by former director of football Tim Steidten, so interest from Germany feels logical.
And based on current form, you can see why clubs might be taking notice.

Club insider plays it down
That said, Claret & Hugh spoke exclusively to a West Ham insider, who dismissed the reports fairly bluntly:
“It’s the first I’ve heard of it.”
Which tells you everything about how seriously this particular rumour is being taken internally.
Another name in the rumour mill
At the moment, it’s probably harder to find a West Ham player who hasn’t been linked with a move away.
So in that sense, Mavropanos is just the latest.
Relegation remains the key factor
Like many others, his future would likely change if West Ham were to go down.
Clubs would inevitably circle, and it would become far more difficult to keep hold of key players.
One to take lightly — for now
But if West Ham stay up, I wouldn’t be surprised at all to see him remain.
