Daniel Farke is holding out hope of "positive surprises" on Saturday, but regardless of who makes the teamsheet, he says Leeds United will need their fans at "100 per cent" at home to Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Rob Edwards' side are bottom of the Premier League and defeat could see them relegated on Sunday or Monday. But 15 of their 17 points have come since Christmas – only two fewer than Leeds.
And manager Farke has not given up hope of one or more from Joe Rodon, Anton Stach (both ankle) and Daniel James (adductor) being passed fit.

"All the players who were available for Monday are at least today ready for this game," he said on Thursday.
"With Joe, Dan and Anton, the first step is that they would be back in team training. If they have a bit of team training they're available for the games.
“We have two days before the game but no one is back in team training yet.
"Sometimes there could be a negative surprise, sometimes a positive surprise. We assess them day by day."

Farke is anxious for Elland Road to strike the right mood so the good work of Old Trafford is not squandered in a surprise slip-up in Saturday's 3pm kick-off as the Whites look to complete their first league double of the season.
"We have to make sure we don't lose nerves and stay focused and concentrated," he commented.
"But with this group, it's relatively easy because I've got top characters, also experienced players who are fully aware that after a big win, it's not like you just have a 95 per cent chance in the next game.
"Everyone is aware that we need 100 per cent again and this is also the atmosphere that we need in the whole stadium. All the supporters were able to celebrate such a big win and we have brought ourselves into a really good position.
"We will need them in this game, perhaps even more than in the Man United game because there it was clear we have to give everything. So it's important that we also create an atmosphere where from the first to the last second, we get the support and no one in the stadium gets nervous.
"We don't have to win the game after 10 minutes.
"We want the correct result after 90-plus minutes and we need our supporters, especially in this game, perhaps even more.
"Together with them, we want to achieve something special during the season, of course in the FA Cup, but even more so in our bread-and-butter business, the Premier League.
"We want to make sure that we can also celebrate nights like Monday or so next season at Premier League level.
"For that we need our supporters to carry us also through this game, through difficult periods and perhaps when not everything goes to plan – even more than perhaps in any other games during the season.
"And together with them, then we have a chance to add the next points."
