‘The club knows what I think’ – Robert Lewandowski speaks out on future amid talk he’s not…

The Catalan giants have offered the striker the chance to stay for another season on a reduced salary, and reporter Gerard Romero spoke to Lewandowski about his current situation.

> “We still have some time. The club knows what I think, and I’ve had time to think,” he said. “I don’t want to talk about offers and my future.

>

> “The remaining matches and the goals are more important. Something new coming out in the press every day isn’t important.”

Lewandowski doesn’t seem to have made his mind up yet and instead seems to be focusing on the rest of the season, with Barcelona hoping to land another La Liga title following their Champions League exit.

> ”We have great potential, players who are always eager to play and win. Sometimes it may seem like we’re playing better, but we lose,” he added.

>

> “Football isn’t always fair. We still have important matches ahead. We can’t dwell too much on what’s already happened; we have to start thinking about the future. You always have to think about what you can still do.”

Lewandowski has had a reduced role this season, which is likely to be a factor in his thinking about his future, but will he hope he can play a role in Barcelona’s final seven games of the season.
