The staggering amount relegation will cost Tottenham revealed ahead of Brighton clash

Tottenham vs Brighton in the Premier League from the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium - Saturday, 5.30pm

A quick glance at the form table suggests Brighton are easily capable of beating Tottenham this Saturday.

The Seagulls have won five of the their last six Premier League matches and Tottenham have lost five of their last six.

With six matches to go, Brighton are ninth and having a late surge for Europe, while Spurs are 18th and in serious relegation trouble.

The reason for Tottenham's troubles seem endless. Thomas Frank and Igor Tudor have been and gone this season and ex-Albion boss Roberto De Zerbi has now been drafted in to save the club the from a disastrous relegation.

De Zerbi lost his first match in charge at Sunderland last weekend and another defeat to Brighton this Saturday would seriously harm their chances of survival.

West Ham are two points above Tottenham in 17th and Nottingham Forest are currently three points clear of Spurs in 16th. They are the two teams that Tottenham have to reel in although 15th placed Leeds - sixth ahead of Spurs - are not completely home and dry.
