Carrick will preview the clash with Chelsea today
Manchester United are back in Premier League action this weekend and Michael Carrick will preview the clash with Chelsea at Stamford Bridge today.
United suffered a setback in their quest for Champions League qualification on Monday, losing 2-1 to relegation-threatened Leeds. Lisandro Martinez was sent off in the defeat for pulling Dominic Calvert-Lewin's hair. We're yet to receive official confirmation that United will appeal the decision, though they are expected to do so. Carrick will be asked for the latest on the situation today.
The United interim head coach will also give the early team news and injury latest ahead of the trip to London. Kobbie Mainoo's absence was the big news when the teams dropped on Monday, and it's hoped the midfielder's injury isn't serious enough to keep him out of Saturday's game.
We'll bring you everything Carrick has to say on all of this and more, so stick with us.
