Wolfsburg are 'ready' to sell Mohamed Amoura this summer, with Leeds United now eyeing a cut-price deal to sign the Algerian attacker.
Wolfsburg 'ready' to sell Leeds target Amoura
Now that they're six points clear of the dropzone, those at Elland Road can comfortably turn their attention towards summer reinforcements. The 49ers didn't hesitate to back Daniel Farke this time last year and it very much looks as though that will be the case 12 months later.
The focus hasn't changed, either. Leeds are still keen to add to their frontline even after the success of Dominic Calvert-Lewin, Lukas Nmecha and Noah Okafor this season.
Just who arrives on that front is the question that all Leeds fans will be asking. Whilst names such as Leo Scienza have threatened to steal the headlines in recent weeks, Amoura is the latest star to be linked with a move to Elland Road.
According to L'Equipe, as relayed by Sport Witness, Wolfsburg are 'ready' to sell Amoura and Leeds could land a cut-price deal this summer.

Daniel Farke's side are keen on him.
There have been rumours that the German club value their forward at a hefty €40m (£35m), but they're now reportedly willing to accept around €30m (£26m) in an instant boost for Leeds.
Wolfsburg are 17th in the Bundesliga and are facing the threat of relegation - opening the door for Amoura's departure this summer.
It's easy to see why Leeds are interested in Amoura. The 25-year-old has been involved in 12 goals in all competitions even as his side have struggled down at the bottom of the Bundesliga. He would be the perfect strike partner for Calvert-Lewin.
Amoura would complete Leeds' frontline
If those in Yorkshire are to push beyond relegation concerns next season, then signing players of Amoura's quality will prove to be all-important.
The Algerian is at the peak of his powers and no flash in the pan after following up 22 goal involvements in the last campaign with 12 and counting one season later.
"He fits our requirements perfectly, offers tremendous speed and goal threat and can play in multiple positions in attack." (Ex-Wolfsburg sporting director Sebastian Schindzielorz)
After welcoming Calvert-Lewin on a free deal last summer, Leeds should celebrate potential Premier League survival by splashing the cash on Amoura this summer.
The forward would be the perfect partner for Calvert-Lewin, who is very much an out-and-out striker to match the Algerian's ability as a creator within the frontline.

What's more, if Wolfsburg are relegated this season, it will be interesting to see whether the forward's price drops even more to the point that he becomes a bargain deal.
If that does prove to be the case, then the 49ers should not hesitate to make a deal happen for Leeds this summer.
