Eddie Howe comments on Anthony Gordon speculation
Meanwhile, Eddie Howe has confirmed that he will not select Gordon for Newcastle’s remaining fixtures if he believes the England international’s head has been turned by interest from Arsenal.
“I’m not going to play a player, any player, if I don’t feel they’re 100% committed to the club and to its future,” he told the media on Friday.
“Because that commitment, that resolve, what a player gives the team, has to be total.”

Andrea Cambiaso wanted
Arsenal have “set their sights” on completing a deal for Juventus full-back Andrea Cambiaso ahead of the upcoming summer window.

Cambiaso is reportedly valued at €60m by the Serie A giants, but a sale could be permitted if they fail to secure Champions League qualification for next season.

Arsenal are likely to play with much more attack-minded full-backs next season, if their interest in Celta Vigo star Oscar Mingueza is anything to go by.
The Gunners are the latest club to show a strong interest in the Spain international, who will be available on a free transfer this summer. Mingueza, a product of Barcelona's La Masia academy, has been linked with a Premier League move for years.
