Aston Villa are among a host of European clubs closely monitoring Bayern Munich rising star Noel Aseko, according to Sky Germany.
The West Midlands side, along with AS Roma, Eintracht Frankfurt and Brighton, are interested in the Germany U21 international, who is spending the season on loan at Hannover.
Aseko has been a key player for the 2. Bundesliga side this season, registering nine goal contributions in 28 league appearances, starting 26 times.
Bayern are believed to be open to selling the defensive midfielder after the season, once he returns to Vincent Kompany’s squad following his loan spell.
