Last weekend’s defeat to Real Bedford sees Helen Bleazard’s side trail Argyle by six points with two games to go of the season, with one of those in hand over the Devon side.
That comes on Sunday as Bournemouth head to fifth-placed Lewes, and they’ll need to win and win well to ensure they are in with a chance heading into the final game of the season.
They travel to champions Watford then, while they will hope Bedford return the favour and beat Plymouth, as they did Bournemouth.
Lewes will be no easy task, though, as they sit within reach of fourth spot, and they’ll hope to overhaul Oxford in the final two games of the campaign.
When the teams met earlier in the season, the Cherries defeated Lewes 2-1, thanks to second half goals from Jenna Markham and Jessica Hennessy.
AFC Bournemouth visit the Dripping Pan to face Lewes on Sunday, April 19, kick off at 2pm.
