Matheus Cunha’s first-half goal earned Manchester United a crucial victory against Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday night.
Both sides are in the hunt for a top four spot and Champions League qualification, but the Red Devils had won just once in their previous four matches in the competition, while the Blues had tasted victory just once in seven league games.
Cunha’s eighth goal of the season was enough to earn Michael Carrick’s side a hugely important win, leaving United third in the top flight standings, while Chelsea sit sixth and are now seven points behind fourth-placed Aston Villa.
Away from the action, it is emerging that Manchester United are interested in a La Liga superstar.
According to CaughtOffside, Man United and rivals Arsenal are currently leading the race to sign Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga.

The report claims that the two Premier League sides are interested in the Frenchman, who has fallen somewhat out favour in the Spanish capital.
Camavinga, 23, joined Real from French side Rennes back in 2021 and has since been widely regarded as one of the best midfielders in Europe.
The France international has made 217 appearances for Real across all competitions since his move, but has started just 14 of their 31 La Liga matches so far this term.
The report claims that Real Madrid still regard Camavinga as an important player but are wary of his relative lack of playing time and could therefore consider selling this summer, particularly if Premier League sides are willing to pay a premium.
It is claimed that the La Liga giants will demand a fee in the region of £52 million for the midfielder, who has just over three years remaining on his current contract with Real.
